Pyramid’s Web-based Analysis and Reporting tools enable enterprise-wide access to information that helps production line, engineering and management optimize their business decisions.

Through the system anyone can access the Bill of Material View, made available from the plant’s business system (typically an ERP/MRP system). For validation and quality control, this interface prohibits changes to the Bill of Material. Changes and updates are controlled and managed through the plant’s business system.

The Torque Data Report retrieves data for a given timeframe sorted by Station Name. This information helps personnel charged with the set-up, calibration and maintenance of torque guns and related equipment.

Significantly useful to operations managers, Line Stoppage Reports are delivered in two formats: Summary and Detail. The Summary shows all of the line stop reasons, the amount of time that the line stopped for each reason at each station on the line for a given timeframe. The Detail format provides statistics such as start time, duration, station and reason for each line stoppage.

By far the most popular report of our system is the Work Order Details Report. The information is highly useful for Quality, Maintenance, Operations, Management and Post-Production Support personnel. It provides the complete manufacturing history for each item produced on the line, including feature content, build details, torque information, serial number scans, defect and repair details and test results.

Finally, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Report is an advanced feature of the Pyramid Solutions system. It features an “Update Data” button that automatically retrieves production counts, line stoppage and defect information from the system database. This convenient access to timely data makes it an invaluable tool for the Operations Management team.

All reports include per-station statistics and build order details with lot number tracking and EOL test results.
